Why enter a code?

Every product has a specific code which relates to that one specific product. No two are the same.

Where do I find one?

Look on the bottom, side or back of a package for a series of bars or lines like the example to the right. Some products have both an UPC and an ISBN.

What is a UPC Code?

A UPC code is a 12-14 digit code that lets services like Barcle know about that product.

What is a ISBN Number?

A ISBN Number is a 13 digit code is found on all published books and magazines.

Ok I've used the UPC code but nothing shows up. Why?

Try entering the name of the product instead. Not all of Barcle's partners are using UPC codes. You can search by keyword or brand name.
